Ученые из Технологического университета Граца (Австрия) выяснили, что большинство людей неверно едят яблоки

В яблоках было найдено огромное количество полезных бактерий, способных оказывать положительное влияние на организм человека, в частности — на желудочно-кишечную систему. При этом всего в каждом грамме магазинных и домашних яблок содержалось около 500 тысяч разнообразных бактерий.
В ходе исследования ученые пришли к выводу, что 90% полезнейших микроорганизмов-пробиотиков находится в сердцевине яблока.
Таким образом, чтобы получить пользу от фрукта, его необходимо съедать вместе с огрызком.
Ждём аналогичного исследования груш.
